Weekday Morning First Time Renters Promotion:
Haven't rented the Flo space before but want to give it a try... a special promotion for first time weekday renters:
10 morning weekday hours for $120 + HST (a $60 savings) AND your workshop information to be posted on our FLO space website to help you promote your course.

Pricing:
A one hour minimum per session is required to book time in the Flo schedule. Add 13% HST.
Regular Price: $25/hour.
Bulk price for 18 hours or more in a 3 month period: $20/hour
Weekday Mornings: 6am-12pm - $18/hour, bulk price for 18 hours or more in a 3 month period: $16/hour
Half day (4 hour block of time) rate $88
Full day rate (8 hour block of time) $159
Weekend rate (16 hours) $299
Procedures:
Instructors are responsible for advertising and administrative responsibilities that come with hosting a workshop or event
Instructors are asked to clean up after their class (dust mopping the floor, putting away equipment, cleaning any spills or marks that have been caused by their students)
Please ask your participants not to park in the three spots in front of our neighbor’s business (Superchoice). Street parking is also available on nearby St. Arnaud and Alma Street
Legal:
A signed Flo Rental Contract and deposit of 25% is required to secure the space for your event. The Student Waiver will be made available for students to sign releasing instructors, Flo, Trina Koster Photography (TKP) and it’s owners from any injuries or damages that might occur in the course of the workshops. If you use your own waiver, ensure the wording in it protects Flo, TKP, and the people affiliated thereof from litigation in the event of an accident.

If you need printouts of the waiver for your students, please download and print the Student Waiver in the quantity you require. Waivers are to besigned and left with us for our records, but you may have duplicates signed for your own records if you wish.
