Our mission is to provide a beautiful workshop space that supports a creative flow in the pursuit of personal growth, well being, and health. Our aim is for Flo to become a destination for like minded people of this inclination.

With three large south facing windows Flo is lit by a natural full spectrum light. Decorated with warm inviting colours, Flo is a very peaceful environment in which to study and practice. At night our combination of halogen and lantern lighting creates a gentle atmosphere which can be customized by dimmer switch. The space also features:
- 612 square feet of well maintained parquet dance floor.
- 21 foot mirrored wall, essential to assess posture and movement in bodywork classes.
- Comfortable environment with central air and heating.
- Lovely washroom that is always tidy.
- Easy ground level access.
- 9 spot parking lot, plus nearby street parking.
- Poster promotion space in the reception room of studio and on the side of the building.
